Shipping Policy

Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • International Shipping: Varies by location (typically 2-4 weeks)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or holidays may impact delivery.

Order Tracking:
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Sticker and bookmark-only domestic orders are shipped by letter mail, so no tracking will be available for these shipments.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to most domestic and international locations. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Superlicensed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please check with your local carrier or contact us for assistance.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
